• Once an application for any Class of Membership is approved and the Application and Subscription fees are paid,
  those amounts will not be refunded even when the member resigns or withdraws from IOS or is expelled by IOS.
• Only application fee of Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand only) will be refunded after E.C. approval.
• No cancellation are allowed.
