The IOS offers the public that seek orthodontic services a search option that allows them to find a qualified orthodontist in their area of their choice.
The Orthodontists who can be located by this search are members of the Indian Orthodontic Society and this is an enterprise by the IOS to bridge the information gap between patients and orthodontist and to ensure that the patients is treated by a qualified orthodontist .
- 1. By mere use of the FIND YOUR ORTHODONTIST, you shall be entering into a contract with IOS and these terms and conditions include the policies constitute your binding obligations, with IOS. We request you to carefully go through these terms before you decide to avail the services of IOS-FIND YOUR ORTHODONTIST.
- 2. We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the website or the services offered by the society for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review these terms of use periodically.
- 3. The role of the IOS is restricted to providing a database free of cost the public seeking orthodontic services.
- 4. The IOS does not endorse or recommend any individual orthodontist or Orthodontic clinic mentioned in the website.
- 5. IOS does not undertake any responsibility/ guarantee towards all the information provided in the individual doctors details such as the accuracy of location, timings and other available facilities, which is subject to timely updation of the data by the concerned Member Orthodontist.
- 6. The IOS has no financial obligations and is not liable for any financial support or subsidiary towards the free dental check-ups etc. and there will be no involvement of IOS in further treatment plan and patient acceptance of the same.
- 7. The patient / person seeking orthodontic care are ultimately responsible for choosing their own doctor or Orthodontist and IOS shall not be held responsible or liable for the selection of such Orthodontist.
- 8. IOS shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for the services provided by the Orthodontist, and we bear no liability for the consequences, of your use of the system or services provided to the patients.

IOS makes no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to professionalism qualityo,f work, expertise or other information provided by the orthodontic expert.
